RENTERS INSURANCE — Many of you have gotten your insurance coverage to us and we will keep it on file here in the office to assist you. For those of you that are still without renter’s insurance, you have no coverage for personal loss or damage if something misfortunate occurs. Fortunately, you can get affordable renters insurance with Kent Nance. RENTERS INSURANCE COVERS YOUR BELONGINGS!  I have a form in my office you can fill out & I can fax it for you to get your free quote. Please stop by my office ASAP!

DONATIONS — Several of you donated to the Kendrick family and they truly appreciate each and every one of you that contributed. We are blessed to have such a big wonderful family here at Westwood. With that being said, the Kendrick’s have wrote a letter of thanks to all of you. (Letter deleted from web version)

SCHOOL’S OUT FOR SPRING BREAK — We are reminding all that children are not to play/hang out in the foyers or around the swimming pool alone. You are responsible for your children. Please supervise /control the activities of your children AT ALL TIMES and please do not let them wander around Westwood alone all day. We don’t want to see anyone get hurt. Thanks!

WINDOW BLINDS — Exterior inspection of the property has revealed broken window blinds in many of your apartments. These unsightly window coverings are the responsibility of the resident & will be replaced at our cost of $15 per blind and billed to your account. Be cautious when looking out of the windows. Open the blinds instead of yanking down a slat to look out.

SMOKERS — Please smoke ONLY outside on your patio. Please do not smoke in the foyer or in your apartment. Please refer to your rules and regulations.

MAINTENANCE — We would like to introduce our newest members of our maintenance staff. Please welcome Heather Carnline and John Lambden.

LITTERING — Adults, BE A GOOD EXAMPLE, don’t litter! We all live in this one world, and this one community. Teach youngsters by being a good example. Keep Westwood clean!

DUMPSTER RULES — Absolutely NO furniture/mattresses etc. may be put in the dumpsters. A fine will be imposed at $100 per piece when you are caught. WE WILL BE WATCHING! If you witness someone violating this rule, call the office. We will reward you when we fine the violators!
